    Chips For Euro M3

Well it would seem as if we've having a few more Euro registrations as of late... this is great for the board IMO.

So, to all those that have or had or know about the Euro engine:

    - Do you have an aftermarket ECU/Chip?

    - What type (brand) is it?

    - What results have you experienced?

    - Are there any disadvantages?

    - What chip for the Euro do you think is best?

    Thanks!

LOL... I think logistics may prevent that transaction! And then you'd need the info on the chips!

ohh, trust me, i'd be just fine witout a chip if that transaction were to happen

look at the bright side, if we trade engines, there is a boatload of chips for the us m3 engine.

Not only that, if you turbocharge the US you won't need to lower compression until you want to hit 11 psi or higher heh

            Best chips:

            - SUPERCHIPS wins hands down...the best. I believe its the only chip that you can feel anything in your dyno but. The only bad point is the max revs stays the same.

            - SKN very complete program. Two chips for the 3.0 liter engine. One for the engine and another for the vanos. Increases revs...increases fuel comsumption also...

            - Custom chip made with the oem data but with no speed limiter and revs increased to 8.000rpm or more.

            PS- I had them all

I am not sure whether you can use the Digi-Tec's, I have heard a lot of great things about them. I think Mike is one of the fewest tuner which can be able to deal with the double VANOS system.
