dumb question?

Is ASC on or off when the light on the dash is lighted up? I raced my buddy in his rx8 my ASC light on my dash was off. So I assume ASC was off. I rev to about 3200 rpm let the clutch go and then I notice the ASC light blinking. My car kind of bogs and then all of a sudden Im off like a bat out of hell. 2nd gear kind of bogs as well but I still smoked the rx8 by a good length.

There are no dumb questions; just dumb people. Just kidding! Someone told me that once and I have always found that to be funny.



ASC is ON when the light is OFF. When the light is ON, the car is warning you that the ASC is OFF. When the light blinks, it means ASC was just engaged.
