    Question: Guibo self locking nuts

So I got my new guibo, the old one definately needs replacing (see pic below) however, I misread in the bently manual. I thought it said use new bolts, ohh no, it says use new nuts. DOH!

I ordered some new bolts from the stealer, does anyone know if the nuts come with them or where I may be able to get some self locking nuts that size? I already had to "special order" these dame bolts and it takes like 5 days (wont be here till wednesday).

If I could find some nuts I was hoping I could just do it tomorrow, is it bad to leave a car on jacks for a prolonged period?

Sorry for the out of focus, bad pictures. I will not attempt to make an excuse for my bad photography skillz.

The bolts do not include nuts, they are completely separate parts. I'd recommend just reusing the original nuts with high strength (red) Lock-Tite unless you round off the nuts while you're removing them.

Absolutely any auto parts store. Some may carry generics instead of real Lock-Tite, but they're fine too.

as for leaving a car on jack stands, I think that as long as they are in a good location, you are fine. Some people put their cars on stands for the entire winter, to take the weight off the tires and suspension.

I'm lazy - I just try to drive mine on nice days : )
