    rotor noise/deposits

Help!!! just changed pads from Cool Willy track pads back to barely worn street metal masters-change out went perfectly but now the right rear clearly makes a sandpaper/abrasive noise especially at low speeds-the car handles perfectly!!with no grabbing or loose handling at the rear end---what did I do???the right rear rotor also has some new grooving on its inner circumference-it is like I am grinding something into the rotor, but the pad is esentially NEW!! should I have treated the rotors before replacing the pads??is the right rear rotor toasted??

    I anxiously await your replies-Thank you!!!:help:
