That was not Kuwait....the ferrari had egyptian tax exmept import plates......could be a kuwaiti national who took their car their for vacation.....as far as oil goes...most of US gas prices is all US tax....it costs more per barrrel of water (desalinated water) in saudi then what they are selling a barrel of oil.....

All that sand can't be good for their cars, but it sure helps in the crazy burnout department. That Ferrari is probably no big deal to that kid. I would guess his dad is a very wealthy man thanks to some oil.
