    Recommended Shock/Spring Combo for..

A 97 M3. I'm looking for the track feel, but somewhat comfortable. I want to screw my opponents over, taking turns at +30mph over the speed limit on that turn ^_^

I was thinking H&R Race with Bilstein Adjustable Shocks. I heard Coil Overs weren't that great for track. Thanks!

I believe that coilovers are the ultimate suspension; especially for the track. You can do corner weighting with them, etc. that you can not do with regular shocks and springs. I would look at Ground Control, H&R, or KW coilover packages.

I've had h&r sports with koni sa's, its a great street/ light track combo. But now i have Ground Control track/school kit, and its amazing. Coilovers are the best for the track. With coilovers you can corner weight the car.

I'm soon going to need to replace my RSMs and figured that my shocks and spings were bad to. The car has 55k on it. I wan't to lower the car, not a drastically but lower. I have read that the Konis and HR sports are a good combo but the Konis need some fabrication to work. Is there anything else out there? I dont track the car so I woulndt mind a more comfortable ride. i just want it lower and i am going to need new shocks and I assume that OEM shocks can't take the new springs very well. Thanks for any help. Also, if you happen to have links and costs you would rule!

Your stock shocks are probably blown. If you want stock like ride quality then koni/stock springs are it. The koni/hr sport combo is great, if you want more comfort go with eibach springs. The eibachs are softer than h&r's.

Will the koni/stock combo lower the car at all? Also, i was looking around and i saw kits by eibach that come with the springs and shocks for about $650. I think koni had a set too. Are these any good?
