    Adjusting Nose Panel/Headlights

I have the Bentley M3 Manual but it isn't clear on how to adjust the front nose panel and the headlights. Is it easy? It's a bit misaligned, just enough to notice when you stare at it hard enough. Can somebody help? Thanks!

Do you headlights need to be aligned or the physical body work (front spoiler)? If it's the headlights, that is done with a screwdriver ...

Both actually. When the mech replaced my fan, the [fat goat] didn't align the front nose panel. It's slightly off, but not enough to where everybody notices. It's just me.

And the headlights....when I turn on the low beams, one is slightly higher than the other. Use a screwdriver for that?

Why is he a f@g, just cuz he made an error. We dont like that kind of name calling around here. We try to be pol. correct if possibe. This is M3Forum not IS300club.net.

....Sorry then. He made a couple of other mistakes on my car to justify this name calling. He didn't even have to remove the front bumper to take out the fan, but he did anyways. Kinda gets me skeptical, but what's done is done. He's shrewd too ^_^

well the fat goat messed it up period - sorry erik just wanted to get ya fired up

to realign the bumper you need to remove the trim pieces and you'll see the bolts. That should be in the Bentley, so should the headlights. Front bumper page 510-3 lights are on 630-2, but say you need a special tool to aim them, but i'm pretty sure thats bullshit. Hope this helps.

Erik relax man - he called the guy a fat goat - big frickin deal

Alright, thanks for your input. I tried to align it yesterday, but the mech missed a clip pin on the nose panel (I'll take pictures of it later), so I have to remove the lights/bumper/nose panel again to put it in its correct position. Crap!

I think I'll take it back to him to fix it.
