Sweet! Thanks for the info. :thumbsup: I'm in Aurora at least every other weekend. I'll have to give it a try. Do you notice any difference when using a slightly higher octane gas?

Yes I do notice a difference. It's small but it's there. I see many highend sports car getting there gas from Petro Stop.

CO. Rocks, I love that my state my dad has a house in Cordilla outside Beaver Creek. I love those roads, wish I had my M out there instead of my dads Lexus GX470, what a pig that is.

erikM3 - I was just checking out the www.RTRMotorsportZ.com web site from you sig. Very cool. Nice to see the M3s finished 1-2-3 at Daytona last year:thumbsup: . You and your dad have some nice performance cars, so I'd guess your family is involved in the racing on that site?

Yes thanks, I am active in RTR's racing program. I have taken all the class and hope to run daytona next year if I can get my lap times down a few more seconds. The team is first rate and my crew chief worked as the crew cheif for guys like Boris Said and Bill Auberlin. He also worked on the M3 PTG cars for years. I feel blessed to have such exper people behind my racing involvment.

They are thinking about moving up to the E46 but so far the E36 they have are so well tested and hooked up we will be staying put for awhile yet. All the M3 's I have trained in have been the euro's that are 321 hp stock. After we finish w/race preping them we are putting down at the rear wheels close to 380 hp. I get spoiled though going from the race motor to the stock S52. I have many times considered putting the stock euro into mine. The whole swap incl moto would be about 15K. I would be eating E46's for lunch

That's awesome!. I'd say you're pretty lucky to have all that going on. I just recently found out who Boris Said and Bill Auberlin are. To have been their crew cheif that guy must really know his stuff. The web site says those M3s have stock engines for dependability. Is that the euro motor? They really scream in the vids.
