    M3 95/With 133K Miles!

    Hello everyone:

I had my 1995 M3 for 2 months.. I bought it with a 128K miles and drove it cross country from Michigan to Calif. it was such a nice fun ride.. the car is pulling strong and fast.. and got me after 3K miles to calif. safe.. I went a 140 MPH for about 3 mins and I wasn't red lineing it ( but getting close ).. and it felt solid..

I am not sure about you guys, but I think I am the very few with an M3 with that many miles on it.. so I just wanted to let you know that these cars are very well built and they keep their fast take off just like new.... so, for those with M3s with 50k miles on them, you still got a long time of pure fun left on your cars!! enjoy the ride :rockband:

137 mph is when the limiter should hit if you're still stock, although due to speedo errors i've heard of people seeing low 140s before they feel it. I have yet to try it out on mine. that's awesome though driving along at 130+ for several minutes straight. I can't believe how deprived we are here in the states with no autobahn. :banghead:

Hey Sam! glad to hear the drive went well and fun as I knew it would be. I'm sure the M is MUCH happier to be in cali than a michigan winter come over to SC sometime!

yep, I'm showing 105k (but I had a broken speed sensor for a bit) and still going strong, or at least the engine is : )

Seems that lots of little things go wrong, esp above 100k.

I expect to get at least another 100k out of it... with my driving, that should mean about 3 or 4 years...

            : )
