    New M3 owner

    Hello everybody,

I just bought a 1995 m3. It is red. I have alredy purchased a couple of things for it. I have purchased an x-brace, clear turn signals and some new bulbs. I really want to buy new wheels and tires for it.

I am thinking about the ASA AR1 wheels. They seem to be a good deal and look pretty cool. My question is if you can put 18x9 in the rear and 18x8 in the front. For tires I was going to put 235 40 18 in front and 255 35 18 in the rear. If anyone knows any tricks(spacers, offsets) it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for this and all of the help in the future.

BTW- If anyone has any questions about audio and video electronics, HDTV things of that matter please let me know.

    Thanks,

    Pete

      Welcome to the boards!

About the tires... I don't think you can put 255 on the rear of an M3 with 18" tires....you might have to roll the fenders out. Spacers will make it worse, I think.

18x8 should be fine all around, you can try to push it with 8.5 if you don't want to roll out your fender with a 9.
