Mine are gold and don't have the m stripe on them... they are also powered too... thats the lux package that I have. Wierd color combo too, but very nice.

Yeah, mine didn't come with the M stitching too. I wonder if they sell that small patch anywhere so I can sew it on myself ^_^



Mine are dark grey. It's not a lovely color, but it'll do. Power seats too.

Yeah, doesn't it kinda piss you off knowing that you dont have those uber nice vader seats? I was bidding on a pair on E-Bay for a while, but it reached up to 1000+ dollars. Greesh.....

The lux package may not be as sporty at all compared to the vaders...but they call it lux for a reason. The leather on the interior of the lux package is a different material and alot better in terms of quality and grade of leather compared to the vaders. It is a lot softer and comfortable. However most M owers are all about performance ...both packages are nice never the less, but the bling bling will do just fine too haha.



BTW I have the Lux Dove interior in my blue M.

I think the lux is better. It may add some more wieght, but big deal. When I'm driving my car to Atlantic City from State College, I'm comfortable the entire way. One of my best friends has the same year M3 but with the vaders... he likes the seats but its not comfortable for long rides. So when it comes down to it, I've got sport and luxury. A very refined car that I look forward driving any time for any amount of time.
