HID setup....post about yours (and include pics of possible)

I have a 99 Cosmos, and I love the way the e36 looks with HIDs. I plan to do ellipsoids and 6000k HID (no angel eyes), so I was wanting to know the best price I could get them for (preferably almost ready to go, I don't have the best automobile aptitude).

i bought the zkw/catz 4500k hid from umnitza.



dont have any pictures though, but i can tell you that it lights up the road sooooooooooooo far ahead, i love it!!!!!

I thought that all CATZ HID's were recalled? Obviously you don't have to do the recall, but I might not buy them. On the other hand, they are really really bright. I saw some 9006 ones in a prelude and they were nice.

I have the catz 9006/9007 and H1's and had no probs so far. I have had them for about 1 year.

Jonathan, I got my HIDS through HIDS4less.com for around 700. Ellipsoid setup is ususally 300-400 additional. Good choice w/no angel eyes

Go to our site, there are pictures and even a video that shows what the Catz kit did with Euros compared to stock OEM, S2K retrofits, etc.



There is no brighter setup out there, PERIOD.



6000K - too blue.



We have way more 5000K that we actively seek in trades, so we have a few of those lying around.
