Does anyone know how to take the plastic cover off from the passenger seat in order to change the power seat switch?

I second that question.....one of the tabs on my power switch is broken so only the back portion of the drivers seat can raise up. Also how much would it cost for the new switch. To my knowlege I think the damn tabs are cheap plastic
....

I just bought the switch from the dealer for $80, but still have not been able to take the plastic cover off to change the switch....Comment
