front liscense plate, ugly but useful.

Well i'm very glad at this point to of had my front liscense plate on. I was driving down the LIE near the queens side when i saw this truck infront me kick up a nice big rock. I wanted to go to my left but there was a car right next to me, i tried slowing down a bit and prepared myself for the rock crashing into my car...



Well the rock hits my liscene plate instead. WHAT A RElIEF !. The plate is dented and bent inward, i'm sure if it hit my mesh grill it would be cracked.

are my eyes playing tricks on me, or isn't it supposed to be a lil bit higher than where he has it. Maybe like an inch or two. Or its prob the fact that I never seen these cars w/ a front licensce plate.

i think its bolted on correctly, i just have it where the guy had it when i bought the car off him. i'm glad its there though.

yah think his plate is sitting kind of low blocking even more airflow...I don't have the piece to go there, so have this plastic thing in its stead and the top edge of it is right below those kidney things
