i'm getting a thudding noise coming from the engine; its coming from around the back left of the engine. the beating commensurates with throttle. its getting quite loud and its making me sh*t my pants.
any ideas of what it is? i KNOW its not exhaust leak. if you have any ideas, please give me repair $ quotes. i dont trust myself fixing this on my own.

ps. i have a 98 with lots of miles. i drive it decently except for times i eat cars up which is once in a while. I commute a lot but drive patiently. ummmm this is the first time i came up with this. i have plenty of mods but had no problems with them; i've had these mods for a while.
