New Toy going in on Monday

I love not having kids.... more toys for stickboy. On Monday I am getting a new Clarion DXZ645MP head unit put in that plays mp3, Sirius satellite radio and aux in to hard wire my 10gb ipod.



btw... Did 130mph last Saturday night... my wife thought she was going to have a heart attack... I told her that was adrenaline!

130 is so cool, fast but not that fast in a M. the car just feels so much more a home at 100+ mph, nice job on the HU

If the black Sirius Antenna looks like crap on my Alpine White car.... do I have any options to paint the Antenna without affecting reception?

I asked a pro about this a few months ago when I was looking at a Sirius setup. The answer I got was that you can paint the antenna as long as you don't use a metallic paint.



It seems that you have one of the few M3 colors that isn't metallic so if you can find someone to do it, you should be OK.



I didn't put too much thought into how I would get this done. I wonder if you can just bring it to an autobody shop and pay them a few bucks to spray it for you.
