Well I don't have any experiance in the euro M3 but I have driven the US and a 350z. It's been a while since I have driven the M3 (it was my dad's many years ago) and my brother (RodH) currently has a 350z. The 350 is a pretty increadible car. I haven't pushed it to it's limit but it seems to stick to the ground really well. A little harsher ride then the M but it handles increadable. My brother seems to be the only one that can scare the crap out of me when we "go for a ride". It is deffinately a nice car. I don't think you will be dissappointed. In addition, my dad also use to have an NSX, and I don't think I have ever driven a smoother, easier car to drive fast. I think all 3 are great cars in there own right, but they are very different cars. I am personally going to try and pick up a 95 M3 in the next few months. I was originally going to get a G35 but I decided (mainly for financial reasons) that the M would be a better car for me right now. Good luck with your decision.
