I think the original poster was asking about a cat-less system like a combination aa track pipe and aa gen 3 cat-back exhaust.
I have heard that when you take the cats out the car becomes a good bit louder, not to mention smellier.
Dapper83 on this board had a uuc system u but decided after installing his track pipe that he needed something much quieter.
If i were going to do a track pipe I would probably opt for a supersprint or dinan exhaust as they both are quiet enough that with resonators they wont become to unbearably loud.

I have UUC and is really loud but that is how I like it.
yes
just installed mine a couple days ago .. biggest smile i've had since i bought her
uuc system u exhausts can be matched with AA's track pipe right?
i don't believe so .. dapper83 (whom i bought my sys-u from) sold me his because he was investing in a track pipe .. i believe he mentioned that if you're going for the track pipe setup, you do NOT want the sys-u, but i'll let him comment if he gets around to this thread

I had a system U and a AA track pipe, they work just fine together. My car was actually quieter with the track pipe, it got rid of the system U's nasty 2k rpm resonance.
btw, if you are an OBDII car, taking the cats out isn't worth it.
would be nice to get rid of the 2k drone.. but if ur boostin.. dump those cats
