Sorry to hear, but your situation is understandable. If I had to choose between the M3 and my house, then the M3 would be gone in lue of a smaller paid off japanese car. Good luck with the sale.

            Audio:

Sorry to hear your situation. No bites? Do you have it listed with the WPost, and AutoTrader? It's getting to be Spring, M3 weather.

If you really need to unload, may want to contact Scott Linton at Linton Motors, www.lintonmotorsport.com. He's the guy I sold my salvage title M3 to, to be turned into stock car.

Have gotten to know him, seems honest and upfront. Likes to have a E36 M3 or 2 on his lot, right now doesn't have any. Recently he sold a sweet 99 Dakar convert. Tell him I suggested you contact him.

I have it listed on 5 different car forums, I was gonna wait to put it on autotrader because I didn't feel like paying to list it haha. I haven't really had any bites, but I lowered the price to something that everyone might be more comfortable with. I was originally asking 19,000, but noone was biting at that, not even close. So I lowered it to 17,000 without the Viper alarm. Which should be a good deal, considering I bought it for 18,000 with 62,500 on the car. Since then I put about 8,000 in mods and a new motor and new clutch. If money gets tight and I really need to get rid of it, I'll contact that Scott Linton guy and see what he wants to offer for it. Thanks for the link

You will end up making more money in the long run if you part her out first.

The car is now listed on Autotrader.com

I was thinking about parting her out, but I don't have some of the stock stuff. And it seems like a hassle parting a car out, working out shipment for every piece, plus either taking the parts off myself or paying to have them removed with time I don't have. If the right offer comes along for certain parts, I'll part out what there is interest for. Some parts will need stock replacements along with cash for the pieces.

PM me a list of what u have.. there may be some things that would be too much of a pain.. i wouldn't want ya to bother with it then.. if there is anything that u can just take off and want to sell.. i might be interested.. just depends if i can dig up the funds..

I think you have a nice base here to possibly part the car out and get OEM parts in return. Not sure if you have clears on your car, but you could probably get $50 or so plus shipping, and then have the Ambers sent back to you. Or you take the ambers first.

Want to meet in Columbus for a nice day of getting rid of performance parts in exchance for OEM and some $?

I already have ambers sittin in my closet, so I could always put those back on it.

As for parts that could be parted out...

                            Active Autowerke track pipe

                            Borla catback (need stock exhaust)

Turner motorsport chip (need stock ECU for a 95 OBD1)

                            Racing Dynamics strut bar

Racing Dynamics front and rear sways

                            Schroth harnesses

RE Octane SSK (stock shifter needed)

                            Any of the audio components
