Removal of Glove Box Trim Piece

How do you remove this trim piece? Does it pull out, up, or sideways? I'm replacing it when the CF piece I ordered as soon as it comes in.

Are you sure yout CF piece doens't just adhere to the piece that is already there?

Yes it isnt a crappy sticker. It is a real CF molding of the original LTW piece..

regular flat screw driver they just pop right out, put the screw drive in the end and pry. Its cake

Yep, what Hellrotm3 said. There's about six clips, three along the top and three along the bottom. There may be some light glue or tack behind it as well.
