Who Has Highest Miles? High Mile Problems?

I am fortunate enough to have only 50k now, but am curious how many miles you guys have on your M3s and what are the common problems with high miles. I think most of us are aware of the common issues like the plastic water pump, RSMs, and RTABs, but what are the major issues that I can expect and any idea of how much $$$ they cost to fix.

132k miles on my car and hardly any problems. Other than what you mentioned above i replaced O2 sensors, guibo (aka flex disc), and the driveshaft center bearing. My car still pulls like a 55k e36 m3. I know this because my dad has an m3 (boston green) and mine pulls just as hard as his if not harder because of some mods i have. I think as long as you keep up with maintance etc your car should be good for a long time. Keep your car running good stock before you start doing mods is my opinion.

i had to replace my radiator at 68,000 miles, along with the o2 sensor, belts, waterpump, and thermostat, thermostat housing....i think that's it. I had to change my brake pads and rotors too not much after it. Now i need tires :banghead:

oh yeah, i had to change my underpanel cause mine was all cracked up too. The car will last a long time if you take car of it. I've seen a 95 M3 with over 200,000 miles for sale before.

just got mine at 143000, it runs as good as any new car i have ever driven. but since i have only had it 2 days there is still a possibility of bad things happening. ill let you know in a week or two...

I wouldnt worry about the miles as much as the owner. I've seen low mileage cars with 10x the wear as a well taken care of 150,000 plus mileage car. The reason i bought my m3 is my uncle has had his 95' since new, has over 189,000 miles on it..and only replaced the normal issues with the car. Run Synthetic..change your filters, and dont race the hell out of the car and it will last a loooooooooooong time.
