    Headlights..

From my understanding, these do NOT come with hid's..

    http://www.umnitza.com/product_info.php?cPath=24_35_46&products_id=65

Are these headlights of good quality? will they work properly with hid's..by properly, meaning that the light will be spread efficiently and no glare will be produced?

/edit: do they even have angel eyes?

Can someone please direct me to a good deal on HID's, good headlights with angels eyes that will look good with HID's..

I want around 4100k hid's to keep that "stock" look

You cant purchase HID lighting through vendors anymore as it is illegal to sell. Your best best is looking at www.bimmerforums.com in the classifieds for people with HID kits up for sale.

As well if you look at the groupbuy section there is a member named "mrclam" who had a bunch of kits which may or may not still be available.

HIDS have been illegal in the aftermarket for nearly 10 months.

You have that the wrong way around. They arent dot legal when applied via the aftermarket but they arent as illegal to possess as it would be for Matt to open his doors again to the HID market.

my guess is because they were blinding other drivers due to never having been aimed properly.

They also were never Dot legal in the first place which made them "off-road only" or not to be used on the street.

They can still be purchased off people who picked up surplus kits and I am willing to bet no cop would pull you over for having them in your car so long as they were properly adjusted.
