Need help with headlight on 98 M3

I recently bought a 98 M3 sedan. I love it but I want to change the headlight to HID or even to angel eyes. What and where do I buy all the stuff that I needed? I live in NYC. Is it a do it yourself thing ? TKS

check with our sponsors.. specifically umnitza.com.. they have the headlights with angel eyes.. but it is hard to find the xenon because they are illegal for sale now..
