At night they may cause a stink if they are tough on the law. It also depends on the color of the rings too. If they are white then you have nothing to worry about during dusk. However at night fog lights do not count as Headlights.

You probably would not want to drive around at night without headlights on anyway, as you would not be able to see very well with just the fogs. Try it sometime.

Yes but i always drive with the headlights on.

But what i ment is, the DDE rings are verry bright, so you can (if you like) only drive with the rings in combination with the foglights.

The DDE rings are much brighter than the headlights, and the color of the DDE rings are much as the same as the color of xenonlights.

Alright...who's ever idea it was to put those stupid, slow, ugly looking pos motors into our american cars should be slapped. I LOVE the look of a euromotor, and even more so the performance. Damn american M3's .... hehe
