    CF Hood, paint it?

I have a CF hood on the way (my hood was damaged in an accident) and was considering painting it to match the car (cosmos), but then I took at look at the ca-automotive site and the CF hoods are so pretty. But then again I always thought unpainted CF hoods looked kind of ricey. What do you guys think? It would save me money not to paint it of course, but would it look ugly on a cosmos?

PS: If anyone knows how to manually move a seat forward when the motor is broken so I can get to the mounting bolts to remove the seat I'd appreciate it. Or knows how to remove the seat w/o getting the the rear mounting bolts, or knows how to replace the forward/backward motor w/o removing the seat...you get the idea.

I'd say don't paint it. I think it looks nice, not too ricey. Just don't get one with all sorts of vents all over, and don't put too many stickers on your car. As far as the seat is concerned, get a 20lbs hammer, and beat it out of the way...unless of course you want to keep the seat, then ask someone else

I think CF hoods look nice on black cars, but on all other colors they look awful. Just my $0.02...

Its a CF OEM style hood, I think I'll stick w/o painting it for now, if I don't like it I can always paint it later, but not the other way around I guess...thanks for the input guys...

Oh and yes, I want to keep the seat...only the little forward/backward motor under it is broken (it's received 12V/-12V when the switch is actuated, but it's not lurching or anything, so don't think something's stuck in the track)
