euro lights used?

What is the prohibiting factor from having a euro salvage yard, or the like, shipping over used oem lights from crashed cars? Do all 3 series use thge same lights? Should be tons of those things floating around over there.

They only difference is size, and thats between the 4 and 2 doors.
