10:53 pm, car was coming out of 78th st ( i think) making a left turn ( right from drivers perspective) on to 11th avenue. Heading in the direction of bay pkwy.



thats about as speficic i think i can get without any new ideas on what to write.



i would recall some letters of the liscene plate had I not been trying to squint thru the head lights to see if it was an M or not. It soudned like it and when it finally turned i realizerd it was an M.
