My right rear door creaks when I hit bumps, accelerate, decelerate. I believe that it is the rubber door seal rubbing against the door. I have tried some silicon spray, but it does not work. Any suggestions? Thanks :antismili

It may be your window seal also. Check that. I know thats a common problem on the earlyer model e46's. -

my left door does the same thing, only got the car a week ago. haven't checked into it yet though. post back any results.Comment

I replaced the interior seal (not the one with the felt) per the suggestion of the BMW dealer and it did not help at all. I have noticed one thing. If I leave the door incompletely closed (the first latch is holding, but not the second), the creaking goes away. try this on your M3. If yours goes away, maybe we have the same problem.Comment
