Brake hoses

Has anyone put metal brake hoses on? Anyone had any trouble or feel much difference? My pedal seems a lot more stiff.

You should feel a noticable difference in braking, espcially under hard braking. Braided hoses grately reduce the expansion commonly seen on the factory hoses, causing pedal mushyness.



I plan on upgrading my lines in due time, shes due for a brake flush anyways.

M3 lines are pretty thick rubber. Most who add stainless lines don't notice a difference, even on track. The e36 has a soft pedal because of the master cyclinder.
