For Northern VA Drivers -- Not Your Typical Dealership

Have to give a HUGE thumbs up to Fairfax BMW Bodyshop for the work they did on my car. And not only that, special time and attention.

Yesterday I picked up a spare remote and settled my bill. (Thankfully with insurance money).

One of the technician's took time to talk me through the programming of the new remote. (Complicated)

Then, after I purchased an alarm siren at the dealer showroom down the street and wanted to put it in at the same time, another guy took the time to see that I had been sold a siren w/o the necessary bracket.

He called parts department down the street, had it sent pronto, and helped me put it in.

Highly rec these guys to anyone in the area. :rockband:

Thanks! We all believe that going the extra mile is well worth the extra effort.

I have taken my car to BMW of Fairfax, also. I, too, had a positive experience. I was well taken care of. The repairs were done in a timely manner. I got a loaner (it wasn't a BMW, but it got me to work). My service advisor was understanding that I was new to BMWs and the M series.

I'll be going back...well, at least until my CPO expires

I've had a bad experience with those guys. I took my car to fix my bumper and when I got the car back, it was still missing some parts(and I had paid for them). And on top of it they gave it back to me with bird crap all over the hood :banghead:

I'm never going back there. I tried BMW of Sterling and they are a lot better but you have to be willing to donate your kidneys to pay their $90/hour labor.

I took my car to fairfax BMW. I live right next to it. Dark_sirius is actually one of my good friends and works there. They fixed my car inside out and I had no trouble with them. IF you annoy them they will snap back at you...otherwise they're wonderful.
