Is anyone running a Rear Shock Tower Mount Reinforcement Kit?? Do I really need them?

Well Im in the middle of replacing my shock mounts in the rear (trunk all apart) and I saw these shock mount reinforcements:

I was wondering if any of you guys are running them??

Do you think they are really needed for daily street driving on stock suspension??

    Let me know!

    Thanks!

You don't really NEED them, especially for a stock setup. Adds a little strength for the long term, but don't worry about it.

if you get Z3 reinforcement rings from your local bmw dealer, it doesn't cost as much, I got some for around 23 dollars a pair (didn't end up using them because I got a rear strut tower brace)

Should I really consider them? I mean its all apart now, is it really worth the 30 somthing dollars?

I dont want to be driving around worrying about my upper mounting points cracking everytime I hit a pothole by accident.

Should I just order them and be done with it? Or is it pretty much not a nessicary thing for stock suspension??

Well depends, I think 23 bucks is worth the peace of mind...or you could get a strut tower brace instead
