Does the stone guard diminish light output at all?

            not noticably.

            Imports4ever,

He was asking about fog light replacement, not your ässwhole oppinion. Yes, stone guard will definately protect your lights but that doesn't mean you need to be a d!ck when you suggest it. For all you know, someone couldn't have stolen his other ones, or maybe some punk broke them for fun.

Either way, I wish your posts were a little more constructive.

Bottom of the page. Haven't seen a better price without going wholesale.

He's always a d!ck isn't he? I think he expects everyone to know as much as he does or else they aren't as cool as him.

By the way, I have StonGard on my headlights and there is no noticable light output difference. i wouldn't hesitate to put it on my fog lights.

I bought a replacement from bimmerforums. You can usually pick them up for 25 shipped with no bracket.

-edit: Go to the parts and accessories section and just post that you want to buy 1 light...you'll get lots of responses right away.

yep, racingking is where I got mine : )

then picked up the stonguard from umnitza...

only bad thing is the shipping was so high on the stonguard, and it took a little long to get here... fogs were in a week+ earlier.

I like what you offer umnitza - please don't get me wrong! The shipping time wouldn't bother me at all, if they were coming usps (and at a cheaper rate : ).

was the foglight from racingking identical to the original one from BMW (as far as looks).

                        Thanks

yes, they were zkw's, the same as the one's I removed (I had to replace both, one was really bad, the other only slightly cracked)

Thanks. I'll have to order a couple of those. One of mine is cracked and both are covered with something white that seems like overspray (but its not).

might be lots of small nicks from stones... stone guard is nice, and cheaper than new one's... put it on, when it get's dinged up too much, replace it instead of the lights : )
