NO problem, you have to learn somehow.

I have a 3M clear bra and I'm very happy with it. I had a local guy do the install. As long as you stick with 3M, which is what most people use, you shouldn't have any browning problems. It is when you go with the cheaper companies that you end up with discoloration.

Clear bra on used car? I always thought you should avoid that b/c of previous chips and pitting from rocks, any thoughts? I would like to do one but am a little reluctant.

Think of it this way: If you have a few chips, covering them with a bra won't make them any worse and it will prevent any new ones. My advice would be to do a thorough touch-up job right before you have the bra installed. You'll be very pleased with the results.
