I took my oem radio out to install my remote display for my V1 and now it wants me to input a code. Where will I find this code?

Got to get the code from BMW.
Whats the serial number for your radio? Its on the back of the head unit.. I can get you the code.
Also, don't press any more buttons or the radio will lock up for an hour... and you'll have to wait.
If you have the newer head unit, you can hold down the M button.. its this one:
<M> for about 20-30 seconds and you'll access the radios other functions, including the serial number. This is ONLY if you have the radio with the longer display at the bottom of the faceplate.
