    Clear Parking Light Lenses

So I'm driving down 95 in Jersey yesterday...and I hear a noise and see some plastic flying in my rear view...I get home and look around my car and the Clear Parking Light Lense on my front right side is gone!?!?...anyone know where I may be able to buy just one...I found the pair at bavauto... part number E36 2PCLR...but I only see the pair...any help? :help: ..I have the clear eurostyle lights...came with the car when I bought it used...

I'll give you a tip...buy OEM and that won't happen.

I was using soms junky stuff from Bavauto...inpro specifically...and mine tore out also. The pins aren't strong enough to keep the lights in. I bought OEM and haven't had a problem in about a year.

It might cost a little more, but highly recommended.

unfortuneately yes...because I was cruising with no clear corner light and it ripped out my lightbulb too which made my turn signals go crazy.

It's sorta expensive to do that, but you might have to.

bavauto does sell OEM I think as do like a million places on the internet. I don't know where the best prices are though. Check out our sponsors here like bimmian.com.

try www.bekkers.com - they might be able to sell individual lenses

yeah my right turn signal is all fast and $hit...will that fix itself when I replace the bulb?...or did the dealer have to fix it?

If I recall, that gets fixed when you put a new bulb in. You know...you should just go to the dealer to get a lens if places won't let you get a single lens. On the other hand, if your other side isn't OEM...this might happen again and you might want to save the headache and just replace them both now.

I was worried about rain getting in the lightbulb socket. I put this plastic bag around the socket and then rubberbanded it down. IT was super ghetto, which is why I sucked up the extra costs and just hit the dealer.

If there is rain in your forecast, you might want to consider some solution like mine.

much appreciated...looks like sunny days ahead...but i will keep an eye on it...it already looks ghetto with the plastic ties i have on it to keep it in place...

OH! you still have the light. That's great. Mine blew out on the highway and was long gone. I went back and looked, but gave up. I wasn't about to stop with traffic whizzing by at 70 anyway. My life is worth more than the 30 dollar piece of plastic.
