Why no headrests on my vert ?

Hi all.



As i mentioned some time ago.. i couldnt make it to a decently priced late spec M3, so i got a Vert instead.....



Just one thing... why doesnt mine have the rear headrests and rollbars...





Being a late 97 Euro Spec.... :hmm:



I cant figure out why.. anyone know ?:whistle:

BTW : Got a set of M Contours to be fitted.. just havent had the time...

Uhh, not normal. My only conclusion is that someone removed them for some unknown reason?

Def not feeling any love for those wheels, the M-Conti will look much better. One question though, whats up w/ those side mirrors, those are not the M3 ones for sure. Is this a 328i w/ some kind of M-Tec pkg on it? cuz I see the M aero side skirts and front air dam, but those mirrors are def off a 328is.

They're 328 wheels as well. Did rear headrests become standard in 97 or 98? I forgot.

i thought M3 verts came with rear headrests and roll-over protection standard. ditto on what erikM3 posted : looking @ the seats / mirrors on the pic - it kinda looks like my '95 vert (non-M).

I mentioned its not an M3





I couldnt rake up enough dough to buy an M3. Especially here with the price of cars and petrol... id be broke in 2 weeks....



So i got the Convertible instead... But its a equipped from factory with M kit, suspension , seats , heated seats, fullhouse...... I just dont get it about the missing headrests....
