bilstein doesn't make racing shocks for the e36, sports will be more than fine.

The system u is loud at low rpms, stromung is the quietest of that group. I think Eisenmann is what you want. They have clips on their site, so does uuc.

Have you considered the AA Gen 3 exhaust, I have it and love it, sounds very ferrari like. I you want real bad a$$ noise get the Gen 3 plus the AA track pipe, whoa!! remember the track pipe is not street legal.

try www.shox.com i have gotten stuff from them before: an Eibach/Bilstein setup for my A4, and an H&R/Bilstein setup for my '95 vert. the prices have been pretty good, and the folks are helpful. HTH

ah you have to look around on other sites. Ie some of the companys that are sponsors. And make sure if you go and buy from one of them to tell them that your part of the M3forum.com.

Good news - we're catching up on production.

The TSE is available for new orders right now, in stock. System*U is still at least a week to ten days from availability.

You mentioned you are looking for "racing" shocks... are you putting together a race car, or are you just looking for a sporty upgrade to your OE components? If the second option is what you are looking for, please take a look at the new UUC/Sachs Stage 3 Tuned Suspension System. This setup is designed and built as a complete package, no mix-and-match. It all works perfectly together so you do not have to worry about trimming bump stops, bouncy ride, coil bind, or weird clunking. Perfect fit, very comfortable and very sporting:
