Euro Spec motor for sale (photos)

A friend smacked his car up pretty badly.

He is too disheartened to fix the car plus he’s got no cash at the moment.

    The motor is for sale.

It runs excellent and looks good when washed (although I hate the red paint on the valve cover)

    It’s a ‘95 with 76,000miles so it's a 3.0 liter with 286bhp.

    He lives in Athens Greece.

Anyone interested for other parts let me know.

PS. The interior has already been sold.

      Hi Erik,

The passenger side wheel is busted. The rest are OK.

Are you sure you want to spend the cash to ship to the US?

I think you'd be better off looking for something local.

In any case, he is asking about $900/bo for the 3 good ones.

Did I mention they are 17"?

          Hi Jon,

Good to talk with someone from Mass. I call Boston home.

(well OK, Cambridge, Somerville, Needham, Newton, Arlington, West Roxbury)

Yes, it comes with all the electronics and wire harnesses.

I would suggest buying the entire car.

That way you’ll know that everything you’ll need is there.

The motor is running and as I said runs strong.

There are several places you can ask in Boston about importing stuff from Europe. Try shipping companies that do overseas shipping, they know the ropes.Shipping costs are high. A 20ft container, (for the car), from Athens to Boston will run in the $4000-$5000 range. If we only ship the motor in a crate the costs will drop approx. by 50-60%. You also need to find out if there are any custom duties/fees etc.

I know what you’re thinking…it’s a pain in the ass, but then again it may not be as bad as it sounds. You’re lucky you live in major US port.
