well i have an automatic my friend raced it and ran a 14.4 but he says if he can get a better launch he can do likea 14.3

i really cant see .5... no way in my opinion. even though the 95 is a 3.0 it is still obd1. my buddy ran 13.8 with an exhaust, intake and chip. i went to run mine yesterday but it was opening day so after waiting 3 hours to run, i went and got a refund because i had to be back home for work. I basically just have the same mods, except no cats. I'm hoping for 13.9 or somewhere around there, i guess we'll see. As for the m3 with 19s, they slow it down drastically. Not only do they weigh more, they're a larger diameter which kills the gearing. My 19s weigh 9lbs more each wheel, i was shocked yesterday when i weighed them when i put my contours on.

what would a stock 99 M3 cabrio do?



I just took mine 99 stock convertible to the track and ran 14.2. Which I would say is just about all I could get out of it being stock. I did take out the baffle and the snorkle running to the airbox after my second run and dropped .2 to 14.2. Not sure if it actually made it faster or if I just got a better launch but I thought it was a consistent run. I was happy about beating my buddy's 99 mustang gt w/Borla Exhaust too!
