strange sound

there seems to be a rattling noise like right next to and maybe slight behind my back left seat (4 door sedan m3) i think it might be the lining of my trunk cuz i can tap it and it seems to be making the sound but i put like a cloth on the edge to see if it helps but it doesnt not sure if that's the sound but i'm pretty sure any suggestions?

ps on the back left seat the edge is slightly coming out and i see a screw kind of what should i do?

I think that I may have a similar situation with my 4door 97 M3 on the right side. A coupel of questions...Is the sound actually a rattle, or is it a creaking sound that gets worse with sudden changes in speed? Does the sound get better when your door is slightly cracked open? If the answers are creaking sound and yes, then we have the same problem and we can work it out together.

Get someone to ride along with you, or drive your car while you listen in the back, to see if you can pinpoint it.

i took it to a place and they said it was this plastic stuff in the trunk but i know they are wrong they just couldnt find anything bastards..i duno but it's really pissing me off
