97 m3 is pulling to the right

I found my 97 m3 pulling to the right recently, so I took my car to a good year tire shop to have an alignment. It turned out they don't have the spec for the camber/caster adjustment. But anyways, the car still pulling to the right. Here is my numbers

    Before Measurements |After Measurments

Left front right front | Left front right front

camber: -0.8 in red -1.0 in red | -0.8 in red -1.0 in red

caster: 7.6 in red 7.2 in green | 7.6 in red 7.2 in green

Toe: 0.17 in red 0.15 in red | 0.05 in green 0.07 in green

Total toe: 0.31 in red | 0.12 in green

Steer ahead: 0.01 in green | -0.01 in green

Left Rear right rear | Left Rear right front

camber: -1.1 in red -0.8 in red | -1.2 in red -0.9 in red

Toe: 0.19 in red 0.21 in green | 0.21 in green 0.25 in green

Total Toe: 0.40 in red | 0.46 in green

Thrust Angle: -0.01 in green | -0.02 in green

    What goes wrong?

    Thanks in advance

Well. Heres the specs they should be for stock suspension:

    32 00 Front Axle Wheel Alignment E36 / M3 3.2 ltr.

    Observe test conditions

    (refer to 32-00)

    Total toe 0° 20' ± 5'

    Camber a) -46' ± 30'

    Toe difference angle with 20° inside wheel lock a) -1° 24' ± 30'

    Caster a)

    With ± 10° wheel lock 7° 35' ± 30'

    With ± 20° wheel lock 7° 50' ± 30'

    Front wheel displacement 0° ± 10'

    Maximum wheel lock

    Inside wheel approx. ° 38

    Outside wheel approx. ° 32

    Turning circle approx. m 11.6

    32 00 Rear Axle Wheel Alignment E36 / M3 3.2 ltr.

    Camber a) -1° 45' ± 10'

    Geometrical axis deviation 0° ± 3'

Just remmeber, most roads are humped in design from the center, and its normal for a car to slightly wander to the right at some places

Of course, its a bit confusing, try NTB, I knwo for a fact they got specs.

Thanks a lot. But does the number I porvided seems right?

Unfortunately, there is no NTB around here in Fremont, CA. And just to share a funny story with you. The attached picture is what I found after work today. What a day. That tire has less than 200 miles on it. Could it be worse?

Mine always pulls to the right also even after alignments. I've given up on a car that tracks straight.

How old are your tires. It's possible that they are burned in a funny way to make the car pull?

What kind of tires are you running...just out of curiosity. Some guy on the forums warned me about Pilot Sport All Seasons after I bought them. My pulling actually got much much worse when I put them on brand new AND got an alignment. And they were on the BACK!!

Well...there goes my theory. Michelin told me that if my car continued to pull after an alignment, that they would send replacement fronts for free because it was a fault in craftsmanship as long as the tires weren't too used.

You can try calling Kumho and see if they'd do the same thing. Michelin was convinced it was the fronts causing the problem for me, so I couldn't get free new tires.

            Good luck.

It could possibly be the roads. Most roads are higher in the center and lower on the sides so they drain water off and not flood. Pulling to the right is just the car basically going down the hill.

Yeah, if you can get it to drift right on a leftward sloping road, it's a huge problem.
