Have you tried taking the relay out of the car, and taking it to your parts dealer to see if they could make more sence of it?

The car did not have any relays in it when i bought the car, so iv'e gone to a main dealer and they have given me what was thought to be the correct relays, but it is not, just took the car to main dealers for a steering recall and to investigate the problem of the fan not working and they have put it down to having the wrong high speed relay, asked them to order me me correct one but the computer does not show which is required for car,so they suggest that i match my car with another of the same model and year,so any help would be gratfully accepted
