96 m3 only 42k on it, tax money came in what do do next?

I recently purchased my m3 it is absolutly flawless and only has 42k miles, i have an intake with heat shield, and a B&B tri flow exhaust.i just got my income tax check in and have some money to play with! im going to do the ecu flash, but jsut wanted to see what your opinions are on it, also your opinions about the obd 1 intake manifold swap, anything else you guys can recomend for me to do.
