    No heat

I've noticed lately that my heater isn't working correctly. I turn the little knob all the way over to red and then turn the heat up on the climate control and my heater still doesn't get hot nor warm. Can anyone tell me whats up? Thanks

First thing is to check your colant level. If it is low, then the heater core would not be ceceiving coolant. Other possible causes might be an open thermostat, or defective heater control.

I've noticed that it stopped working when my aux fan stopped working. My aux fan only kicks in when my ac is on. Could it have anything to do with that?

The aux fan has nothnig to do with the heat.

Either you have air in the system, and its kinda stuck in there.

Don't have enough coolant and its not getting into your heater core.

Or your heater valves that let the coolant pass thru the firewall into the heatercore has failed, preventing the coolant from entering.

Thats all I could think of.

We had a Z4 at work that had air stuck in the system, and it took us about 20 minutes of reving the engine at around 3,000 rpms and higher at times to work it out.
