95 M3 Running Rich

My 95 M3 is running really rich, yesterday when I started her up, she would crank and it was like the car was flooded with fuel, it blew a lot of smoke out and finally started up, the check engine light came on and I checked it and it said Lambda Control 1, I changed the OXY sensor but no help, the car is running to rich you smell fuel all the time and if its in the garage it will burn your eyes. I have a Turner chip and ITG filter kit any Suggestions????

lambda control isn't necessarily the O2 sensor. it means that the lambda has exceeded the limits for which the ecu can compensate. usual suspect here is intake leak.
