m50 mannifold kit need advice

My father owns a huge recycling yard, and we specialize in a lot of bmws so we have a lot of them for parts. I actually have a complete m50 motor with wiring everything i could possibly need ,the whole 9 yards, what would i have to take out or do to install that manifold into my 96 m3? or is it to much work? Any opinions explanations and answers would be greatly helpful or a website or something
