    When are you changing plugs?

Just wondering at what mileage it is a good idea to install new plugs? Anyone notice an improvement in engine responsiveness or smoothness after new plugs went in early?

    Thanks,

Arn't our plugs supposed to like around 50k miles or something?

Although, I change them every 10k to 15k miles...

I'd say every 40-50K, like Sirius said. Depends on how you drive it, though. It's not hard to pull a plug or two every 10-15K and see if they are worn and need replacing.

I replaced mine shortly after I bought my car and I think it made a difference. Mine were pretty darn warn. I don't know if I put the optimal plug in, but it felt smoother and a tad quicker for sure.
