I said I would update this forum in regards to the bodily injury case.



I have good news: The guy has accepted 500$ for is suposed pain and suffering.... Wow, I am glad this is taken care...

My mom hit a motorcycle once and the guy sued us for about $200,000. Luckly, our insurance co covered that.

he sued for pain & suffering for $500? if it is REAL pain & suffering, it is far more than $500. he is just gold digging. i bet his "medical bills" didn't even add up to half of that.



many years ago, some idiot in a SUV ran a red light, causing me to T-bone him on my motorcycle. many hospital visits later, i have permanent metal hardware in my hand to make it work. i'd like to see that guy tell me to my face exactly what the hell kind of "pain & suffering" he "endured." i have to agree with what everybody has said here. i also have to add that people with such stupid frivolous lawsuits like this (wtf is $500 of pain & suffering anyway) is what makes our insurance rates go up.

The 500$ was a settlement, without any lawyers envolved... He called my ins. co. and claimed that he was "Sore." I get sore after good sex.... Do I get some kind of compensation for this?

about three years ago, I was going down the street on my motorcycle. The light turned red, and where I would have been stopped would have been right in front of the entrance for a shopping center parking lot. This guy in a white truck decided to try and beat me past it so he wouldn't have to wait for me to move with the light. so he makes a right turn in front of me. he cut it so close he clipped my front tire which in turn threw me to the ground. I was wearing a jacket, helmet, gloves and jeans. I had some good bruising all over, a bit of road rash on my knees, and a broken ankle. Since I was still going about 25 mph, my bike didn't stop right away, it slid into the car in front of me. The guy who hit me saw what happened and took off across the parkng lot, nobody got his license plate. The car that my bike slid into since they couldn't sue the guy who hit me they tried to sue me for bodily injury and for the repairs on thier car. If it wasn't for the guy that was directly behind me I would have had to pay for it all.

There are WAY TO MANY unpredictable people in this world. That is way I probably wont ever buy a motorcycle.

I work in the health industry... and after this experience with this tick turd and I am so nervous about ever thing I say and do...



It really illustrates the poor state of america that we are in, if I could get sued over something as stupid as this. And especially TPb31 WTF, it seems as though folks today think, "Because I was born, YOU OWE ME"
