BMW recommended service document?

Yesterday I ran across a link, think it was a PDF, that listed BMW's recommended inspections and service.



I didn't bookmark it, and for the life of me I can't find it again.

Also, is there an online PDF or whatever of a '99 owner's manual? BMW's owner's circle doesn't seem to have it. I'm specifically looking to find out what weight oils I need for manual transmission and all my other lubricants...
