Will E36 lights from an M3 in Germany be a direct fit with mine in the US? I would think so since they all were made in Germany but wasn't sure if the plugs would be different. Just looking for some confirmation.

If you're talking heads, prob not. Euros got an entirely different set, ellips.You'll at least have to do some splicing, maybe more.



Lots of threads on this. Some of the OEMkits you can buy are plug-and-play, b/c they were designed for the US aftermarket.

So let's hear the story -- you've got someone over there sending them to you or something? Saving you the cost of buying? Or is someone on Ebay offering lenses off a Euro?

I was looking on ebay for them. The guy had an hour left and was the only one who would ship to US. He doesn't accept paypal so that basically shot my idea down. They went for around $80. Even if shipping is $100 (which it would not) I would still save a lot compared to the $220-250 that some places want here.
